Depending on the country and its value limit of goods, it may happen that customs costs and VAT will be charged to you. These costs will have to be paid upon delivery of the package. It is your responsibility to pay all customs and duty charges for your country.

Please, pay attention that with economy mail sent overseas delivery times vary depending on your country’s customs office. Due to corona pandemic Economy mail in Europe could takes around 4 days to 3 weeks (except Israel and Spain where delivery can take up to 5–6 weeks or more). If your item has not been delivered after 30 days please respond to this message and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
